A Body of Uncertainty

Heart beat is a drum, a repetitive tone, thumping blood flow from one chamber to the next. Pressure builds in the ears saliva catches muscles off guard coughing, struggling to breathe.

Relax the throat closing eyes hear the repetitive tone, thumping blood flow from one chamber to the next.
